Ms. Skay is Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Advisory Commission, a nine member commission responsible for State Bar certification of specialists in Estate Planning. She also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM).
Ms. Skay's practice involves the drafting of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and community property agreements; probating estates; establishing, administering and terminating conservatorships and guardianships; and administering trusts.
